Stanley M. Silver has over twenty (20) years of legal experience in the Central Florida area. He has handled over 5000 criminal cases as both a former assistant state attorney and as a private defense attorney. Furthermore, Stan has handled over 3000 family and civil law cases.

Stan has been interviewed on the ABC television news journal “20/20” concerning one of the many cases he has litigated. Likewise, he has appeared on many local news programs and broadcasts involving his cases as well as for his opinion on various legal issues. Additionally, Stan has been quoted in publications and periodicals including but not limited to the Orlando Sentinel and The Miami Herald.

Stan Silver graduated from Nova Southeastern Law School in 1988. While in law school he was appointed Goodwin Research Fellow to Professor Steven Witsotsky, author of the renowned book Breaking the Impass in the War on Drugs.

Stan has tremendous experience in all family and criminal matters. He handles all criminal cases and family law issues. His legal practice focuses primarily on criminal law, family law, and civil litigation.
